Patrick Pharris

Managing Partner


Patrick Pharris has been involved in marketing for more than 25 years. With 26 national and regional marketing awards to his acclaim, his experience spans social media, public relations, online marketing, advertising technologies, sales promotion, advertising, media sales, sponsorships, and business development.

Since 2002 Mr. Pharris has sold sponsorship programs worth more than $100- million. His sponsorship clients have included Monster Energy Drink, Coca-Cola, General Motors, AT&T, Nextel, Sprint, HTC, Sony, Casio, Samsung, Paramount Pictures, CBS, and rock legends Slash and Linkin Park, among many others.

The public relations campaigns he has created and implemented have made more than six billion media impressions for a wide range of clients including Monster Beverage Company, Princess Cruises, Harrah’s Entertainment, Evercar, Michelin, Meguiar’s Car Wax, Proctor & Gamble, the Recording Industry Association of America, and several green energy technology companies.

While Mr. Pharris has provided strategic, creative and business development marketing services to more than 500 companies throughout his career, he recognizes dozens of first ever, technology breakthrough, world record-breaking, product launch and crisis communication campaigns among the most significant.

Patrick is also the founder and CEO of ReachOrb.com, a blogger and influencer marketing company, and Pharris Media, a marketing consultancy.

Al Hassas has worked in the entertainment industry as a talent representative, producer and brand consultant for the past 20 years. As a founder of United Talent Agency’s Music and Branded Entertainment division, Al represented artists such as Eminem, Justin Timberlake and Prince as well as corporate clients Ammirati Puris Lintas, Showtime Networks, Kenneth Cole, Bausch and Lomb, and Loews Theatres amongst others.

He founded BOX Entertainment in 2002, which packaged and produced entertainment projects for Nike/Jordan Brand, Caesars Palace, RDF USA, Gloria Estefan, Justin Timberlake, Magic Johnson, and Muhammad Ali.

From 2006-2010, Al worked with The Collective as head of marketing and as a Partner in Collective Media (an entertainment industry management/production company) to develop, produce and package an array of entertainment marketing programs, non-scripted television programming, branded entertainment and Internet properties for a wide range of corporate clients such as MGM Resorts International and entertainers such as Linkin Park, Slash, Enrique Iglesias and Peter Gabriel.

In addition, Al consulted for North America’s number one music retailer Guitar Center and Executive Produced over a hundred episodes of an original award winning television series titled “Guitar Center Session’s” for Direct TV.

He is currently Executive Producing a television series with Jennifer Lopez and the “World of Dance” which will premiere on NBC in 2017.  As CEO of Sweet Lemons LLC, Al continues his focus on artist representation, production, brand consulting and lends his broad expertise to the development of select technologies.
